Project H.O.P.E. House is pleased to present a series of techniques to help you take care of yourself.

We recognize that in a 1st responder’s career role – you encounter a tremendous amount of stress, tension, and trauma. By combining numerous aspects of self-help techniques, our innovative program releases anxiety and stress. It helps encourage the body to return to a state of balance.

We present a day-long interactive seminar that helps you to achieve balance and release trauma. In your interactive day, you will work with four highly regarded specialists who will teach you skills that you can master to help you take care of yourself!

first responders Your seminar will include the following presenters:

Mr. Ray Piagentini: The founder of Project H.O.P.E. House, Ray is a Certified I.S.B.E. counselor. He specializes in Multiple Discipline and Multiple Cultural Counseling Approach, as well as grief counseling and trauma reduction. Ray’s mission is suicide prevention through better mental health (individual and community). He will introduce self-care and healing modalities that help relieve tension and create balance.

Dr. Michael Swiatowiec, E.Ed Trauma: Dr. Swiatowiec is a specialist in Traumatic Stress Disorder, Recognition, and Recovery. He will discuss the 12 levels of P.T.S.D., long-range effects, and techniques of self-help.

Rhonda Kooy: Rhonda is a dual certified and dual trained Aromatherapist. She will present the role of aromatherapy and essential oils in activating the Limbic system. Aromatherapy and essential oils are holistic therapies that have been used for centuries to aid in the healing of numerous conditions.

Jill Davis: Jill is a Certified Trauma Release Specialist. Dr. Berceli has trained Jill in TRE ®, a series of exercises that help release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. These innovative exercises can help calm the nervous system and bring a sense of balance back to the individual’s body.
