QuiGong (pronounced Chi-Gong) involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
We are kicking off our first series with Emmett Sylvester, Oigong Quantum Healing from Palm Leaf Health and Wellness who has been a resident of this Planet for 82 years. In 1962, Emmett trained in Tai Chi and Qigong in the Far East with different Masters. However, during those years, he was led on a different path of addictions and an unhealthy lifestyle. In 2004 Emmett was drawn back to Qigong training with International Oigong Master Lin of Spring Forest Oigong for 18 years, and that’s when he focused all his energy on self-healing with Qigong. He completely healed himself with Qigong:
QuiGong (pronounced Chi-Gong) involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. A Quigong Master will be introducing this wellness technique and will be conducting the introductory exercises for you. “Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Energetically & Spiritually” Moderated by Ray Piagentini (Founder of Project H.O.P.E.
