Podcasts -we want to help

Our goal is to help suicide survivors, but also connect with all types of people who have experienced any sort of trauma in their lives. We want to help and to do so we started a podcast. We share our experiences and various ways to help get through the pain of loss. We are not miracle workers; we only want to provide a vehicle to show folks they are not alone in how they feel regarding their loss.  The first three podcasts are on YouTube and Spotify.

My goal for all of this is to find some sort of peace. As I continue to turn over rocks in search of even more answers, it is creating this weird alternative universe in my head. I find an answer, I find that there is really nothing I can do about it. For example, when I earned my EDD eight years ago, I thought it would help bring closure to the suicide of my father. Why he did it, how we all felt, why we felt that way. It did just the opposite. No one in the family is talking to one another for years now. (Since the time of my mother’s passing a few years ago)
