I’m Carrie Dodt, a fine art photographer who values storytelling, connection, and capturing moments that feel genuine and meaningful. My work is rooted in observing relationships, emotion, and a sense of place.

Alongside my photography, I have a strong passion for web work and enjoy collaborating with Project Hope House to help share their mission through thoughtful design and clear, authentic communication. Whether through imagery or digital storytelling, I’m motivated by work that builds connection and supports community.

Jeff Goldman Project Hope HouseI have a passion for travel with a deep curiosity for cultures and landscapes across the globe. I practice Native American traditions, which ground my life in respect for nature, community and balance. I love hiking and skiing, especially when they take me deeper into the outdoors. I'm also a proud parent of two sons-one a high school teacher and the other an engineer.

About Us

We are solely a suicide prevention organization.
Our facility is in downtown Barrington at 231 West Main Street (two houses east of Dundee Avenue on Lake Cook Road). Our parking is in the back, so you can discretely enter, and we are 100% confidential. We are here to help anyone, in any age group, we want to help take away the pain. We are on call 24 hours a day, here to see you in person, and will come to Project H.O.P.E. House to help you. We are trained to listen, assess, and refer you to an organization to help you.

Project H.O.P.E. House is a National 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Public Charity committed to proactively working to prevent suicide by providing community educational activities, intervention, and support to vulnerable populations. EIN# 83-2901163
